Mentoring and Partner Relationships

Our newest team members bring valuable skills and experience to their roles with TD&T. We believe in building those skills by giving our new team members
access to mentors. In these relationships, they work closely with partners, each of whom brings years of experience and knowledge of the industry and of our
clients. Our mentoring program helps build leadership, interpersonal, and development skills for all of our staff. We believe this helps employees connect with
their coworkers and promotes team success.

Help with the CPA Exam

We realize the value employees place on achieving the CPA certification as part of their career development. TD&T provides options of reimbursement (up to
specified dollar amounts) for CPA study materials, CPA review courses, or rewarded as a bonus when an employee passes all four exams.

Professional Development

TD&T provides professional staff with continuing education opportunities throughout the year. In addition to providing internal training, the firm also encourages staff members to participate in the Iowa Society of CPAs and other external courses designed to enhance their understanding of topics encountered in their daily work. Most professional staff members participate in a minimum of 50 continuing education hours per year, exceeding ISCPA requirements.
